Our deck boards are very scratch resistant under normal use, however if heavy objects are dragged across the deck, it could leave marks. Please take care when moving heavy items over the decking, and lift not drag.
Yes, all outdoor products will change colour. This is due to natural weathering. You may notice a colour variation within the first 12 months. After this time, pigments will stabilise.

Yes, you can use an aluminum sub-frame when installing the composite decking. We recommend replacing our screws with aluminum screws.
A chop-saw or jig-saw with a small toothed blade, ideally 80 Tungsten Carbide teeth, on a 210mm diameter blade and on a high speed setting. We recommend you ask a professional to cut the boards for you. Contact us today to find a local installer familiar with our products.
